The ArtistPro™ International Full Time Dance and Transition Program has been created to enable graduates to emerge as complete dancers who are ready to work and succeed in a professional dance environment.

Dancers will achieve a strong adaptable technique and develop their own individual artistry.

Daily Open Ballet Training is built up on a diverse range of classical combinations to develop a dancer’s technique, coordination and musicality. Dance companies begin their daily routine with an open class and the first round of a company audition generally commences with an open class. It is an essential part of a dancer’s education to train the ability to quickly absorb given exercises and apply a strong technique.

Training in Pas de Deux is essential for male and female dancers. This course incorporates partnering basics such as supported turns, lifts, couple ensembles and promenades. Students build core strength and awareness of centring their balance, while partnering and being introduced to the challenges that come with sharing weight and supporting each other.

Ballet Variations introduces students to the famous choreography of classical ballets such as Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and Giselle etc. Students will refine their technique and performance qualities and gain a deeper knowledge of the diverse range of famous ballets performed around the world. This class builds confidence, strength on pointe, grace and awareness of artistry.

Composition and Improvisation Classes build a student’s confidence and creativity and necessary skills to collaborate with choreographers in the choreographic process.

In Contemporary Classes, students will be exposed to different contemporary styles and techniques which will equip the dancers with the necessary skills to adapt to emerging choreographic repertoire of current companies around the world.

In the Pointe and Technique Class, students work on strength, control and the development of effortless execution of technique en pointe.

Virtuosity Class provides students with the required training to develop skills for more power, speed, and dynamics for turns, lighter ballon and batterie.

In Company Repertoire Class, dancers are exposed to professional choreographic works performed currently by leading companies around the world. This unique opportunity equips dancers with the ability to adapt and be versatile in different styles, and also learn to portray and embody the choreographer’s intent and artistic vision.
Students will be individually prepared for RAD exams; professional school and company auditions; scholarships and national and international competitions.

Individually choreographed solos are designed to maximise each student’s strengths and inspire the growth of artistic expression. Solos allow an individual to develop essential collaborative skills to work with choreographers and performance experience as a soloist.

Limber-Stretch-Pilates & Conditioning Classes strengthens a dancer’s core and creates better alignment and movement efficiency. The combination of conditioning, stretching and creating awareness of the body improves technique, flexibility and posture as well as elongating lines and muscles to create a more sculptured physique. Lessons also provide education regarding injury prevention and management. Pilates helps dancers achieve their goals of dancing to their fullest potential.
